Support Level Scholarship Fund

We are actively working to establish a scholarship fund to support the access to care hours, as our care is tiered by individual participant need at $24/hour for Tier 1, $34/hour for Tier 2, and $44/hour for Tier 3 clients. Support levels are built off of a rubric assessing daily living skills and support needs you share when completing the enrollment process. This ensures the support is available to meet the needs of each individual accessing our care.
