As our program prepares to open, we will be hiring for part-time and full-time roles, including:

Lead Direct Support Professional (Lead DSP)
Provides direct support to participants while also guiding and mentoring DSP staff, assisting with training, and helping coordinate daily program activities.

Direct Support Professional (DSP)
Provides direct care and supervision to participants, assists with daily living skills and activities, and implements person-centered support plans.

Support Staff / Volunteers
Assists with general program needs such as activity support, preparation of materials, while helping maintain a safe and supportive environment.
